What is the best way to thaw products?

For best results, we recommend thawing in the refrigerator before cooking. Meat and poultry can be thawed in their packaging, but seafood should be thawed out of its packaging. For faster thawing, soak vacuum-sealed products in cold water for 30 to 45 minutes. We do not recommend thawing in a microwave, as this removes more of the natural juices, potentially making the final product drier and less tender. Microwave thawing should only be used if you need to cook food immediately.
Can I use a business address or a P.O. Box as the shipping address?

We deliver to residential and commercial addresses. (Please note that some UPS deliveries may occur after normal business hours.) We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and military bases.
When will my package ship?

Orders will ship within 5 business days of placing your order. Once UPS picks up your order, you will receive an update with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Your tracking number will include the estimated delivery date and time from UPS. If you need to modify or cancel your order after placing it, please contact our Customer Service department at Support@gutrwgr.top or +1 562-693-8989.
Where do you ship?

We only ship within the continental United States and cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada. We cannot ship to military bases.
Do you charge for shipping?

All subscription boxes ship free, and a one-time purchase costs $9.99.
Am I required to subscribe? Or can I purchase a one-time package?

You can subscribe to one of our pre-made subscription boxes or customize your own, with a frequency of 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 weeks. Select subscription boxes are also available as one-time purchases, giving you the flexibility to meet your needs.
How does a subscription work?

When signing up, select your package type and delivery frequency. You can change the shipping date, frequency, or skip an order in the customer portal. You can also add select items to your order for an additional fee before it ships.
Do you offer different boxes?

Yes, we offer both Select Boxes and Build Your Own Boxes. Our Select Boxes are carefully curated from our selection of high-quality products to ensure a pleasant and easy shopping experience. Our Build Your Own Box option gives you the flexibility to choose the items you prefer and create a box that suits your family's specific tastes and dietary requirements.
Can I skip my order?

Got enough food right now? No problem. To skip your next order, log in to your account, navigate to the "Manage Subscription" section, and skip your order from there. You must skip the order before it is processed. If your order has already been processed but you still want to skip it, please contact us within 6 hours at Support@gutrwgr.top or call +1 562-693-8989.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Can I change the contents of my box?

You can switch boxes or their contents at any time before your order is processed.
What if I need my food before my next order date?

Need your order faster? No problem. Go to the "Manage Subscription" page in your customer portal to move your delivery week forward.
How do I recycle my box?

Your box and packaging insulation can be recycled through curbside recycling. The bag containing your product can be reused. Avoid direct contact with dry ice and wait for it to evaporate before discarding the box. To dispose of the dry ice faster, store the packaging outdoors, as dry ice sublimates more quickly outdoors.

My box contains melted dry ice. Is it still safe to eat?

We recommend checking the internal temperature of all meat, poultry, and seafood with a thermometer upon delivery. If your product feels cool to the touch or below 40°C (104°F) upon delivery, it is safe to refreeze or cook immediately.
How long can my product be kept in the refrigerator after thawing?

Gutrwgr meat and seafood products can be kept in the freezer for up to 12 months. Once thawed, our meat products can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days, and our seafood products can be kept in the freezer for 3 to 5 days. View our storage and thawing guide.
What payment methods are accepted? When will my card be charged?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. When we're ready to ship, an authorization form will appear on your credit card.
What are the installment payment options on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you can now choose to pay now or later. Shop Pay's installment payment feature allows you to split your purchase into four equal payments, payable biweekly—with zero interest, no hidden fees or late fees, and no impact on your credit score. In some cases, your first payment is due at the time of purchase; in other cases, your first payment is due two weeks after your purchase.
If I use the Shop Pay installment payment option, what payment methods are accepted?

The installment payment option on Shop Pay is available for debit and credit cards.
Are there late payment fees?

No, if you miss your scheduled payment, there are no late fees.
What happens if I purchase something using Shop Pay installment payment and return it?

If we process a refund, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated. If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, this may not reduce the amount of your next payment. Instead, you may receive a smaller payment amount, a smaller final payment amount, or both. If your refund is more than your total purchase balance, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
Do my reward points expire?

If your subscription is active, your points will never expire. If you cancel your subscription, points accumulated through your active subscription will expire immediately.
When can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your current points toward any subscription order.
