As part of your business relationship with Rastelli's, you will be required to provide us with your mailing address and/or telephone number. Whether this number is wired or wireless, and whether or not it is listed on the Do-Not-Call Registry, you consent to Gutrwgr (and/or its designated agents) contacting you at this number for any purpose (including sales, marketing, and promotional offers) and by any means (including autodialed or prerecorded voice calls and text messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system). In this regard, you expressly acknowledge and understand that you may incur charges associated with these calls or text messages, and that you will be solely responsible. Consenting to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing goods and services from Rastelli's. You may opt-out and withdraw your consent at any time.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party that is not affiliated with or affiliated with Gutrwgr, except as follows: a) service providers who may assist us with aspects such as data storage and processing credit card payments; and b) certain third parties that offer their products and services on our website, as described below:

(c) when you participate in interactive areas of the website or interact with us on third-party social media sites, certain information you provide may be publicly displayed, such as your name, photo, and other information you choose to provide;

Information for Individuals Outside the United States

Currently, we do not accept orders from individuals outside the United States. Location Information

You can stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the settings on your mobile device, but please note that if you change your settings, some features of our mobile applications may no longer function.

Native Applications on Mobile Devices

Certain features of our mobile applications may require access to certain native applications on your mobile device, such as camera and photo storage applications (for example, to take and upload photos) and phone book applications (for example, to send invitations to your contacts to try out our websites or products). Please clearly state your email address in the subject line.Clearly mark "Opt-Out/Correction" and do not disclose your credit card number or other sensitive information in emails.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may continue to contact you to communicate information related to your application for Gutrwgr products, participation in promotions, and to respond to any inquiries or requests you make (if applicable). To opt out of receiving communications from Gutrwgr regarding Gutrwgr products, promotions, and responses to inquiries, you must cease applying for and/or using Rastelli products, cease participating in promotions, and cease submitting inquiries to Gutrwgr (if applicable).

Children Under 13

Our website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. If a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to delete that information and opt out of promotional opportunities.

Gutrwgr does not sell your personal information, so we do not offer an opt-out option.
